Come experience the intriguing effects that sound and vibration have on your body. You will be transported into a deep state of relaxation with 26 Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowl, Koshi chimes, drumming and a 32 inch Paiste Saturn gong! All sounds are harmonious and intended to create a peaceful space.
Sound activates the parasympathetic nervous system to slow your heart rate, brain waves, breathing, reduce your blood pressure and release comfort hormones in your body. The effects are very healing emotionally and physically.
*The doors will close at 6:55pm to begin, no entrance will be allowed after this time. I do recommend that you bring a blanket as they can get used up quickly in the studios. Thank you!
