Please arrive early as the doors will close and lock at 7pm to honor our start time and not disturb the event once it has begun.
*Cancellation Policy: Like any other event, ticket sales are final. I will not be accommodating reschedules. If you are unable to attend, gift your ticket to a friend!

Come experience the intriguing effects that sound and vibration have on your body. You will be transported into a deep state of relaxation with 26 Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowl, Koshi chimes, drumming and a 32 inch Paiste Saturn gong! All sounds are harmonious and intended to create a peaceful space for you to relax and go within.
Sound activates the parasympathetic nervous system to slow your heart rate, brain waves, breathing, reduce your blood pressure and release comfort hormones in your body. The effects are physically relaxing and can be emotionally healing.
*The doors will lock at 7pm to begin, no entrance will be allowed after this time. I do recommend that you bring a blanket as they can get used up quickly in the studio. Thank you!
